There is a 24 hr. Cancellation policy in place. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to, but no later than 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling of any appointment after that time frame will result in a charge of 50% of the service total. Please be on time for all appointments. If your appointment has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to being more than 15 minutes late, the above policy will be enforced and you will be charged 50% of the service total.

No Call/No Shows will be charged 100% of the service total. If this occurs more than once, you will be restricted to same day scheduling only. No appointments will be accepted until all fees are paid in full. Please take the time to read this policy all the way through because it will be enforced! Thank you for your continued support.
Re-do/Refund on Services
If for any reason you are unhappy with your service(s) you have UP TO 7 DAYS after your service was done to contact me to reschedule a re-do on your service(s) free of charge. Understand that I WILL ONLY RE-DO THE SERVICE THAT WAS DONE. Anything additional that you’d like to get done, you will have to pay for in full. If after the re-do service was done and you are still not satisfied with your hair you will get a refund of 60% of the total of the service(s).
Product Returns
For any product purchase you may return for a FULL REFUND for any reason up to 2 weeks after purchase. You may get a PARTIAL REFUND (50%) any time after 2 weeks up to 30 days after the initial purchase was made. NO RECEIPT NECESSARY FOR PRODUCT RETURN
